Every device is professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested against a 50-point checklist, then graded by condition (Fair, Good, Excellent, Premium). It works like new and is backed by our 90-day warranty.
Are the devices unlocked?
Yes — our phones are unlocked and tested to work with any carrier, unless a listing says otherwise.
How long is the warranty?
All devices come with a 90-day warranty against hardware faults. See the warranty page for details.
Can I return a device?
Yes — you have 30 days for a full refund, no restocking fees. See returns & refunds.
How does a trade-in work?
Get an instant quote online, ship it free with a prepaid label, and get paid via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or store credit — usually within 48 hours of us receiving it.
Do you repair phones?
Yes. We focus on cracked-screen replacement (most done same day) plus battery, charging, and more. Visit a branch or mail it in — you only pay after it's fixed.
