What's covered
All refurbished devices include a 90-day warranty against hardware faults — battery, charging, display, speakers, cameras, buttons and internal components. Every device passes a 50-point inspection before it ships.
What's not covered
Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid), normal cosmetic wear, and issues caused by unauthorized repairs. Cracked a screen? We can fix it — book a repair.
How to make a claim
Email sales@phonestn.comwith your order number and a short description, or visit either Connecticut branch. We'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice if we can't fix it.
