Our products
We sell certified refurbished devices, graded by condition (Fair, Good, Excellent, Premium). Each device is inspected against a 50-point checklist and is fully functional. Photos are representative; minor cosmetic variation within a grade is normal.
Pricing & orders
Prices are in USD and may change at any time. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the order ships.
Warranty & returns
Devices include a 90-day warranty against hardware faults and a 30-day return window for a full refund. See the warranty and returns & refunds pages for full details.
Trade-ins
Trade-in quotes are estimates based on the condition you describe and are locked for 7 days. The final offer is confirmed after we inspect the device; if its condition differs, we'll send a revised offer you can accept or decline (we'll return the device free of charge).
Repairs
Repair quotes are finalized after diagnosis. You only pay after the repair is complete and approved. Repairs are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Phone Station is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Back up your data before any trade-in or repair — we are not responsible for lost data.
Governing law
