Last updated June 2026. This explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it simple and we never sell your data.
What we collect
To process orders, trade-ins and repairs we collect your name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and the details of the device or order. When you create an account we store your email and a securely hashed password. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, generate trade-in and repair labels, provide warranty support, send transactional emails (order, trade-in and repair updates), prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Shippo / USPS(shipping labels & tracking), and our email provider for transactional messages. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working. We do not use advertising trackers that follow you across other sites.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email sales@phonestn.comand we'll take care of it.
