30-day returns
If you're not happy with your device, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The device should be in the same condition you received it, with no new damage.
How to start a return
Email sales@phonestn.comwith your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Once we receive and check the device, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Trade-ins
Trade-in offers are locked for 7 days. If your device's condition matches what you described, we pay out fast via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or store credit. See the trade-in page for details.
